Rolls-Royce NA names new CEO

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars NA has named Paul Ferraiollo as its new CEO effective July 1.

He will replace Peter Miles who has been appointed vice president of the central region for BMW of North America LLC. BMW AG owns Rolls-Royce.

Ferraiollo, an American, was previously marketing manager for parent-company Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd. in Goodwood, England. He has worked for Rolls-Royce for several years and previously was at Land Rover in Irvine, Calif., according to a Rolls-Royce North America spokesman.

Ferraiollo will be based at Rolls-Royce's U.S. headquarters in Woodcliff Lake, N.J.

Miles joined Rolls-Royce in 2002. Prior to being named CEO in June 2005, he was manager of the brand's western region.
