Shanghai (Gasgoo)- MINIEYE has entered a strategic partnership with New Gonow Group's automotive arm, New Gonow Auto, and its logistics affiliate Beijing Logistics, according to a press release MINIEYE issued on Nov. 26 via its WeChat account.
Under the agreement, the three companies will jointly develop and deliver 800 autonomous logistics vehicles built to automotive-grade standards. The collaboration is positioned as a market-driven effort to pool resources and commercialize competitive driverless delivery products at scale.

Autonomous vehicles are emerging as a critical catalyst for lowering logistics costs and reshaping urban delivery capacity. The partnership signals strong market confidence in MINIEYE's L4 autonomous driving technology and engineering capabilities. By combining manufacturing expertise with operational resources, the three companies aim to create a new industry benchmark and advance the global adoption of smart, efficient logistics solutions.
MINIEYE has built a mature L4 autonomous driving stack supported by a robust algorithm platform and multiple mass-production deployments. Its self-developed "Xiaozhu" driverless van is designed to address legacy logistics challenges by prioritizing safety, durability and cost efficiency. Drawing from passenger-vehicle development practices, the model integrates multi-sensor fusion, five layers of safety redundancy and a fully automotive-grade system. Its performance improves as more driving data are accumulated, enabling reliable all-weather operations and reducing the cost of urban distribution.
New Gonow Auto and Being Logistics complement MINIEYE across the manufacturing and logistics operations value chain. Together, the companies aim to build an end-to-end deployment framework spanning R&D, large-scale production and commercial rollout.
New Gonow Group has expanded globally through a dual-focused strategy built around recreational vehicles and green smart logistics, operating five intelligent manufacturing bases worldwide. Its RVs hold a strong position in Australia's premium market, while its new energy commercial vehicles are sold across more than a dozen countries. Leveraging Being Logistics' established urban delivery network and MINIEYE's autonomous fleet and operations platform, the partners are building an integrated logistics ecosystem spanning vehicles, digital platforms and service capabilities. Their combined operational strength is intended to unlock the commercial value of driverless delivery and address long-standing bottlenecks in fragmented, high-variability last-mile logistics.
With policy support and rising demand reinforcing each other, global logistics is rapidly transitioning toward electrification and automation. Benefiting from a strong supply chain and experience in large-scale commercialization, China's autonomous vehicle sector has developed a meaningful competitive edge in this shift.
MINIEYE’s Xiaozhu vehicles are already operating in challenging environments such as Shenzhen's Huaqiangbei, demonstrating their robustness in dense and highly dynamic settings. The latest partnership is expected to broaden its deployment footprint and potentially pave the way for Chinese autonomous logistics products to reach global markets with more advanced technology and a more sophisticated operating ecosystem.
