July, 2024 auto sales ranking by all brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of BYD amounted to 328,178 units, up 31.29% year on year, the first on July, 2024 auto sales ranking by all brands, according to the July sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of VW amounted to 137,571 units, down 18.34% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 1,048,215 units. July sales of Chery reached 122,698 units, increasing 17.96% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 836,651 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
