Dongfeng Motor’s upscale EV brand VOYAH to unveil second model at Auto Guangzhou 2021
Shanghai (Gasgoo)- VOYAH, the premium new electric vehicle (NEV) brand of Dongfeng Motor, announced on Oct. 16 its second mass-produced model will make its debut at the Auto Guangzhou 2021.
In the meantime, the automaker launched its “six-in-one” EV charging service dubbed “VOYAH POWER”, which covers six charging scenarios, namely, the dedicated private charging pile, the public charging pile, the charging at VOYAH's service outlets, the destination charging, the valet charging, and the portable charging gun.

VOYAH said it has teamed up with five leading EV charging service providers in China, including State Grid, China Southern Power Grid, TELD, Star Charge, and NewLink's Kuaidian, to enable its users to use abundant connected public charging facilities. Through those partnerships, over 80% charging scenarios for VOAYH's car owners can be dealt with through public charging piles.
The EV manufacturer provides 7kW and 11kW smart connected private charging piles to meet different demands of private car users. Buyers can get the free dedicated charging poles while buying cars and can remotely control the charging facilities via VOYAH's app.
In addition, VOYAH has designed the portable 1.7kW charging gun available with normal household sockets to make users cope with emergencies.
Meanwhile, VOYAH also announced it will ship its first vehicle OTA in 2021 to add 8 new functions, including Karaoke and the display of driving mileage after the activation of range extender, and improve 42 functions. Going forward, the automaker will launch at least one OTA per quarter.
