Gasgoo Munich- Gasgoo News reported on April 10 that, according to Qiao Xinyu, deputy general manager of Arcfox's user operations center, the brand has officially opened 63 new stores nationwide. This brings the total network to 680 locations, strengthening market coverage and service reach while further refining the market service system.
The new locations follow Arcfox's strategy of "comprehensive coverage and precise penetration" across various city tiers. The network includes diverse formats such as Arcfox Centers, Arcfox Spaces, and Arcfox Showrooms. While Arcfox Centers focus on full-scenario services integrating display, sales, and after-sales support, Arcfox Spaces and Showrooms offer lightweight experiences in core business districts, catering to the varied needs of consumers in different regions.

To date, the 680 outlets have achieved full coverage of first-, second-, and third-tier cities, while continuing to penetrate fourth-tier and lower markets—effectively shortening the service radius for consumers.
The network expansion is driving a parallel upgrade in service capabilities. As new stores open, Arcfox has optimized their functional configurations: select locations now feature standardized maintenance bays, dedicated delivery zones, and customer lounges, enhancing the experience from pre-sales consultation to after-sales support.
Leveraging this nationwide footprint, the brand is rolling out service initiatives like "Rapid After-sales." By deploying standardized workflows, fast-response mechanisms, and digital tools, Arcfox aims to deliver more convenient support to vehicle owners.
Expanding retail networks is generally a critical move for new-energy vehicle brands looking to boost market penetration. For Arcfox, this latest expansion aligns with its market growth cadence and lays the groundwork for upcoming product launches and sales gains.
