Meanwhile, net profit attributable to shareholders excluding non-recurring items is expected to reach 128 million yuan to 154 million yuan, up 30 million yuan to 56 million yuan, or 30.04% to 56.46%. In the same period last year, total profit stood at 227 million yuan, net profit at 135 million yuan, and non-recurring net profit at 98 million yuan, with basic earnings per share at 0.63 yuan.

Baoling Automotive attributed the growth to a sustained expansion in its core business operations and steadily improving profitability during the first half. Additionally, gains from changes in the fair value of its invested companies provided a positive boost to the period's results.

The company cautioned that these figures are preliminary and unaudited, noting no significant uncertainties would affect the forecast's accuracy. Final financial data will be confirmed in the official 2026 semi-annual report, and investors are advised to remain mindful of the risks.
