Gasgoo Munich- SAIC-GM-Wuling's Indonesian plant recently marked a milestone with the roll-off and shipment of the first batch of Binguo EVs bound for Pakistan.

Leveraging its complete local manufacturing facilities, localized supply chain, and sales ecosystem, Wuling Indonesia has served more than 180,000 users in the country. Its cumulative sales now rank first among Chinese brands.
Meanwhile, the Indonesian unit is tasked with radiating out to Southeast Asia and global right-hand drive markets as part of SAIC-GM-Wuling's broader overseas strategy. To date, it has exported to 20 countries and regions across ASEAN, South Asia, Central America, and Africa, with cumulative shipments exceeding 9,000 units.
The completion of the Pakistan project marks the formal operational launch of its partnership with JW SEZ. This move further expands Wuling's footprint in South Asia and accelerates the global rollout of "Made in Indonesia" products.
Huang Fang, director of overseas project management, noted that exports are becoming increasingly vital to the company's overall growth. Headquarters will continue to back the Indonesian unit to drive the high-quality development of its international business.
Data shows that in 2025, Wuling Indonesia intensified its focus and resource allocation on exports, building a "product + service + technology" framework for global expansion. This drove a 120% year-on-year surge in business. Looking ahead to 2026, the company plans to deepen partnerships, support the development of Indonesia's auto industry, and promote global green mobility.
