Gasgoo Munich- Chery Automobile officially launched the Fulwin A9 on July 25, 2026, marking the first pure electric coupe under its Fengyun series. The new model arrives in three configurations with an official guide price ranging from 109,900 to 129,900 yuan. With limited-time trade-in subsidies, the entry price drops to between 106,900 and 126,900 yuan.

Positioned as a "long-range, intelligent, and stylish pure electric coupe," the Fulwin A9 adopts Chery's new "Lingfeng" design language, featuring a closed front fascia and split matrix headlights—a setup that recently won the 2026 Red Dot Product Design Award in Germany. The car measures 4,836 mm long, 1,896 mm wide, and 1,489 mm high, with a wheelbase of 2,900 mm. Drag resistance is as low as 0.22 Cd. Exterior color options include seven shades such as Begonia Red, Mountain Mist Purple, and Cloud Pink Beige, while the interior offers two schemes: Night Purple Black and Cloud Mist Purple Grey.

On the powertrain front, the Fulwin A9 is equipped with a front-mounted single motor delivering a maximum output of 178 kW and a peak torque of 275 N·m, accelerating from zero to 100 km/h in 6.9 seconds. All trims come standard with a 70 kWh Rhino E lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, providing a consistent CLTC range of 655 km. Fast charging from 30% to 80% takes just 20 minutes. The chassis features a front double-wishbone and rear five-link independent suspension setup.
Inside, the Fulwin A9 runs on the AI Lingxi Smart Cabin 2.0 system, anchored by an 8.88-inch LCD instrument cluster and a 15.6-inch 2.5K central control screen. Higher trims feature a 3nm 8678 cabin chip that powers a local AI large model for wake-up-free voice interaction. These models also boast a 23-speaker "Boya" audio system with a total power output of 1,080 W. Additionally, a 2-square-meter panoramic sunroof, 256-color ambient lighting, and an on-board hot and cold refrigerator come standard across the lineup.
For intelligent driving, the Fulwin A9 Max LiDAR edition utilizes the "Falcon" assisted driving system, equipped with one 128-line LiDAR, three millimeter-wave radars, 11 cameras, and 12 ultrasonic sensors. It supports Highway NOA, City NOA full-scenario navigation assistance, and automated parking.
Regarding safety, the Fulwin A9 comes standard with eight airbags, including side curtain airbags that span 1,987 mm. The "Panshi" body structure uses 80% high-strength steel, achieving a torsional stiffness of 38,000 N·m/deg.
Notably, Chery Group marked a milestone on the same day, with its global cumulative sales surpassing 20 million vehicles.
