Gasgoo Munich- GAC AION announced on March 11 that cumulative sales of its AION i60 compact SUV have surpassed 28,000 units just three months after launch.

The i60 officially hit the market in November 2025. During its first full sales month in December, deliveries reached 10,804 units. The range-extended variant accounted for roughly 24% of that total, or 2,642 units.
On March 2, 2026, GAC AION introduced the i60 National Range-Extended 210 Success Edition, priced at 102,800 yuan.
Visually, the Success Edition retains the family design language, featuring a "Star Ring" light bar across the front and a closed grille for a sleek, dynamic look. The front bumper incorporates an air intake flanked by vertical ducts, improving aerodynamic performance.
Along the sides, sharp character lines create a muscular profile. At the rear, a continuous light bar echoes the front headlights. The new model measures 4,685mm long, 1,854mm wide, and 1,660mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,775mm.
Inside, buyers can choose from Oatmeal White, Warm Light Brown, or Tahiti Gray. The minimalist dashboard houses an 8.88-inch digital cluster and a 14.6-inch central touchscreen running the ADiGO system. Notably, the AI voice control integrates DeepSeek’s large language model, capable of processing up to 10 consecutive commands simultaneously.
In terms of equipment, the new model removes the front passenger power seat, rear armrest cupholders, power tailgate with memory, leather steering wheel, and vanity mirror lights. These deletions have minimal impact on daily family use and fall into the category of aftermarket additions.
However, core performance metrics remain unchanged. It still uses a 1.5-liter range extender engine, offering a CLTC pure electric range of 210km and a total range of 1,240km. Key features like 3C fast charging and the GSD driver-assistance system are retained, ensuring the vehicle's fundamental practicality and safety.
