Gasgoo Munich- The ninth China International Import Expo kicked off in Shanghai on November 5. Honda is showcasing innovations across four sectors—automobiles, motorcycles, power products, and aviation—under the theme "Technology Starts to Dream, Quality Continues the Joy," according to Gasgoo Embodied Intelligence.
On the aviation front, the company displayed a half-scale model of its HondaJet Elite II business jet. It also highlighted development progress on a hybrid-electric eVTOL and a reusable rocket experimental aircraft through video presentations.

Notably, Honda's full-scale eVTOL technology demonstrator, the F1, completed its maiden flight in California on April 1, lasting about 90 seconds. The company has conducted more than 400 scaled-model flight tests and has now entered the full-scale verification phase. The aircraft utilizes a hybrid-electric system combining gas turbine power generation with electric propulsion, targeting short-to-medium-haul intercity travel.
In the automotive sector, Honda exhibited a modified Accord with 26 years on the road and nearly 1 million kilometers on the odometer. The vehicle reportedly completed a 24-hour endurance race in 2025. Cumulative automobile sales in China have surpassed 20 million units as of March 2026.
Honda brought nine motorcycle models, including the CBR500R FOUR and CB500 SUPER FOUR equipped with E-Clutch electronic clutch technology. It also showcased the CB250SS concept, designed specifically for younger Chinese riders.
The exhibition underscores Honda's strategic expansion beyond automobiles and motorcycles into low-altitude flight and aerospace.
