This integration is powered by the "Supercharge Alliance" platform. Jointly developed by Huawei, automakers, battery manufacturers, and charging operators, the platform aims to integrate new-energy vehicles and charging infrastructure into the modern power system through technical synergy. Its goal is to drive the large-scale development of the charging network and NEV industry while ensuring grid reliability. Rather than focusing on isolated technological breakthroughs, the alliance emphasizes coordination across the supply chain to boost overall charging efficiency.

In the passenger vehicle sector, Huawei pioneered a liquid-cooled supercharging solution in 2023. Using "one second, one kilometer" as a benchmark, the company aims to match the speed of refueling internal combustion engines. This approach has since accelerated the adoption of high-voltage platforms and high-rate batteries, drawing in more players across the supply chain. To date, Huawei's liquid-cooled supercharging equipment spans more than 60 countries and regions, with a presence in over 400 cities.

On the evolution of the alliance, it was officially established in April 2024 and upgraded to "Supercharge Alliance 2.0" last April alongside commercial vehicle firms including BAIC Truck, and Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle. Current data indicates the alliance covers over 200 cities, 130 county-level regions, and more than 50 highways. In January of this year, the alliance integrated with Amap, going live across 30 provinces with a dedicated logo on the map interface to help users locate stations.
