Gasgoo Munich- Leapmotor announced on August 7 that the 100,000th unit of its A10 small electric SUV has rolled off the assembly line. This occurred just 135 days after the model went on sale. That pace breaks Leapmotor's record for the 100,000-unit mark. It also sets a benchmark in the 100,000-yuan electric SUV segment.

The A10 is an intelligent, long-range SUV. It measures 4,270mm long, 1,810mm wide, and 1,635mm high, with a wheelbase of 2,605mm. It uses a 90kW motor. Battery options are 39.8kWh or 53kWh. Maximum range is 505km.
Intelligent features are key. The A10 uses a dual-chip system. It combines the SA8155 cockpit chip and the SA8650 driver assistance chip. It also includes a LiDAR sensor. This makes it the first model under 100,000 yuan with advanced autonomous driving hardware. Prices start at 65,800 yuan.
The A10 launched on March 26. It has been a top seller since. Deliveries hit 28,593 units in July. This drove Leapmotor's sales growth. Global deliveries rose 102.01% year-on-year to 101,267 units. Leapmotor is the first startup to exceed 100,000 monthly deliveries.
Leapmotor is expanding the A-series lineup. The A05 launches on August 10. It is an A0-segment five-door hatchback. It targets urban commuters. Range options are 405km and 510km. It has a standard Qualcomm 8295 chip. Optional LiDAR is available. Pre-orders are open for a 99 yuan deposit.
