Gasgoo Munich- On February 13, Li Auto's legal department announced a breakthrough in its fight against counterfeiting. Working alongside police and market regulation authorities, the company's IP team successfully dismantled a production hub for fake Li Auto charging piles. The raid seized infringing products, 16 counterfeit trademark stickers, three stamps, and related molds. Suspects are now facing compulsory legal measures.

According to the statement, Li Auto's IP team identified critical leads on February 1 and reported them immediately. A surprise police raid on February 6 secured core evidence of infringement. The suspects admitted to running four online stores where they self-labeled and sold fake products, generating over 100,000 yuan in total sales. Authorities are treating the matter as a criminal case, and the investigation is ongoing.
The legal department urged consumers to purchase charging piles exclusively through official channels. It also encouraged the public to report suspected counterfeits via email. Li Auto pledged to continue using legal action to crack down on infringement, safeguarding both consumer rights and the brand's reputation.
Just days earlier, Li Auto announced a milestone: its 4,000th supercharging station launched. The new 5C station officially went online at the Linghai service area on the Jingha Expressway. One side of the service area is equipped with 20 charging guns — including 12 5C charging piles and 8 4C piles.
The company claims it now operates the largest self-built supercharging network among automakers. Its infrastructure spans 22,173 charging piles across 289 cities in 31 provinces.
Notably, Li Auto has deployed over 1,200 highway supercharging stations. The company's network now covers 18 major national highways — the "nine vertical and nine horizontal" routes — placing a station roughly every 130 kilometers.
