Luxeed V9 Flagship MPV August Retail Deliveries 8,312 Units

Gasgoo Munich-Harmony lntelligent Mobility Alliance(HIMA) released delivery data for August 2026 on September 1. The entire lineup delivered 42,101 new vehicles, with year-to-date deliveries climbing 10.8% year-on-year. Total cumulative deliveries have now surpassed 1.52 million units. Notably, the Luxeed V9 flagship MPV turned in a standout performance, with retail deliveries reaching 8,312 units in August.

The Luxeed V9 is the first flagship MPV under the Harmony lntelligent Mobility Alliance brand, officially launching on May 15, 2026. With an official price range of 389,800 to 519,800 yuan, it offers four configurations: Max, Max+, Ultra, and Ultra+. Jointly developed by Huawei and Chery, the model is positioned as a "panoramic smart flagship MPV," equipped with core technologies including the HarmonyOS ALPS Smart Cabin 3.0, an MPV-specific Huawei Tuvin Platform, and an 896-line LiDAR.

In terms of delivery pace, the Luxeed V9 kicked off its first nationwide shipments on June 6. By July 20, cumulative deliveries exceeded 10,000 units, setting a record for the fastest electric MPV to reach that milestone. By August 24, cumulative deliveries topped 20,000 units, breaking the record for the fastest delivery of a 500,000-yuan-class electric MPV. Regarding buyer profile, 83% of customers chose top-tier versions priced above 450,000 yuan, pushing the average transaction price close to 500,000 yuan.

Industry analysts believe the Luxeed V9's sustained sales surge has pushed monthly volume for MPVs priced above 400,000 yuan to near the 10,000-unit level for the first time, reshaping the landscape of China's high-end MPV market.
