Gasgoo Munich- NIO has officially inaugurated its first retail and community space in Greece, NIO House Athens, marking a new step in the Chinese EV maker's European market development. The facility opened on June 11 local time and welcomed its first visitors on June 12, according to a post on NIO's WeChat account. The project was developed in partnership with Motodynamics Group, NIO's exclusive distributor and strategic partner in Greece.

Located at Athens 14 in Kifisia, a northern suburb of Athens known for its vibrant arts, design and cultural scene, NIO House Athens is designed to be more than a conventional automotive showroom. In addition to vehicle displays and technology demonstrations, the venue incorporates spaces for cultural events, community activities and user engagement, reflecting NIO's broader vision of building lifestyle-oriented customer communities around its brand.
Supported by Motodynamics Group's established sales and after-sales infrastructure, the new center will serve as a hub for showcasing products and technologies from both the NIO and Firefly brands. The facility is also intended to strengthen connections among customers, business partners and the local community as NIO expands its footprint in the country.

The opening comes as demand for premium intelligent electric vehicles continues to grow in Greece. NIO and Motodynamics Group plan to work closely to develop the local market and broaden consumer access to the company's products and services.
With the launch of NIO House Athens, Greek customers can now explore and purchase several models from NIO's lineup, including the ET5 sedan, the ET5 Touring estate model (marketed as the ET5T in China), the EL6 electric SUV (known as the ES6 in China), and vehicles from NIO's Firefly brand.
The Athens opening represents an important milestone in NIO's European strategy, extending the company's presence into another key Southern European market while reinforcing its approach of combining vehicle sales, brand experience and community engagement under a single platform.
