VOYAH Opens Over 500 Positions for 2026 Autumn Campus Recruitment

Edited by Sissi From Gasgoo

Gasgoo Munich-VOYAH plans to hire more than 500 graduates for its 2026 campus intake, lifting its headcount quota from a year earlier and broadening the scope of roles. Hiring for intelligent driving and smart cabin positions continues to scale up, with demand for AI-focused roles — such as large-model algorithms and world models — seeing a notable surge. The details were disclosed during the automaker' s campus recruitment anniversary event on Sept. 24.

VOYAH' s total headcount now stands at roughly 9,500 — a climb of more than 30% from over 7,100 last year, as the workforce steadily expands. Across major recruitment platforms, the automaker currently lists more than 660 open positions, signaling sustained demand for both experienced hires and fresh graduates.

This hiring pace is closely aligned with the company' s product rollout cycle. VOYAH is gearing up to launch four all-new models in 2026 — the Titan Ultra, Titan X8, Passion S, and Dreamer 9 — targeting the premium passenger-vehicle segment from 200,000 yuan to over 500,000 yuan.

These upcoming models hinge on advanced intelligent driving, smart cabins, electronic chassis control, and AI algorithms. As the technology iterates, it fuels continued hiring across corresponding R&D, algorithm, and engineering roles.

To develop its workforce, VOYAH has built a standardized training pipeline for new graduates — weaving together onboarding bootcamps, factory rotations, cross-department stints, and expert mentorship, all tied to staged growth assessments. For elite technical talent, the company has rolled out the “Passion Plan,” which offers annual special subsidies to PhDs. It has also partnered with 17 universities to build an industry-academia-research ecosystem and established academician workstations to secure its tech talent pipeline.

The broader auto industry is largely entering a phase of cost optimization and headcount cuts, with many companies treating labor expenses as a cyclical lever to pull. VOYAH' s continued hiring and deepening of its tech talent reserves, by contrast, amount to a mid-to-long-term strategic bet on intelligent product iteration. The company is leaning on workforce expansion to underpin product and technology upgrades, forging a self-reinforcing loop across R&D, product development, and the market.
