Exterior designs distinguish the standard from the sport style. The standard model retains a long hood and low-slung stance, adding three new paint options: Cherry Red, Glow Purple, and Volcanic Ash. Wheel designs have been updated to include Plum Blossom and Xiaomi-style patterns, offering richer personalization choices.

Positioned as a sports car-grade SUV, the YU7 GT features a wide-body structure with 295-millimeter rear tires, an integrated front splitter, and a rear diffuser. It comes equipped with a 24K gold carbon fiber badge and carbon fiber side mirrors, along with optional matte custom paint and forged wheels—highlighting its distinct performance identity.

The new interior balances family comfort with a track-inspired atmosphere. All models use maternal and infant-grade eco-friendly materials and feature a high-efficiency air filtration system with solid sound and heat insulation. The YU7 GT interior is heavily clad in Alcantara with multiple exclusive GT badges, while the cabin supports five-screen linkage and simulated engine sound.

Seat configurations get a comprehensive upgrade. The driver’s seat offers 18-way power adjustment, while all four seats feature ventilation, heating, and multi-layer air massage functions. The rear backrest reclines up to 132 degrees, expanding trunk capacity to 1,740 liters when folded flat.

Chassis and powertrain technologies are tiered across the lineup. The entire series comes standard with the Jiaolong chassis, featuring front double-wishbone and rear five-link suspension with variable damping shock absorbers. With a minimum turning radius of 5.7 meters, a dedicated motion sickness relief mode helps reduce passenger discomfort.

The YU7 GT takes it a step further with the Jiaolong Master chassis, equipped with a closed double-chamber air suspension and an eLSD electronic limited-slip differential. It pairs six-piston brake calipers with carbon-ceramic rotors, delivering a braking distance of 32.9 meters from 100 km/h and stable performance under repeated high-intensity stops. Tuned on this hardware, the car clocked a 7:22.755 lap at the Nürburgring Nordschleife, setting a new record for SUVs.

Power and range are clearly differentiated. The Standard Edition carries a 73 kWh LFP battery, utilizing a 752V high-voltage platform to achieve a CLTC range of 643 km. A 15-minute fast charge adds 405 km of range.

The YU7 GT is powered by a 101.7 kWh ternary lithium battery and an upgraded 897V ultra-high-voltage architecture. Its motors use ultra-thin silicon steel sheets, achieving 98.38% efficiency. With a combined maximum output of 1,003 horsepower, it sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.92 seconds and tops out at 300 km/h. The CLTC range reaches 705 km, aided by a smart front-motor disconnect mechanism that boosts efficiency.

On intelligent driving, all models feature a chip with 700 TOPS of computing power, fully loaded with LiDAR and 4D millimeter-wave radar. Highway and city navigation assist functions come standard and are free for life. Practical features, like exterior voice control for parking out, are also included. The body is built with 2,200 MPa ultra-high-strength steel, while the battery has endured over 1,000 rigorous safety tests to establish a comprehensive protection system.

The launch brings limited-time purchase incentives, with different versions offering perks like optional leather interiors, zero-gravity seats, and onboard fridges. Deposit locking opened on the evening of May 21, allowing configuration modifications and flexible delivery cycles. This family upgrade expands coverage to scenarios ranging from daily commuting and long-distance travel to extreme driving, further boosting the product's overall competitiveness.
