Gasgoo Munich- On July 3, ZEEKR officially announced pre-sales for the five-seater ZEEKR 9X will open on July 8.

As the brand's first full-size ultra-luxury flagship SUV, the ZEEKR 9X has surpassed 60,000 cumulative deliveries since its launch in September 2025. It has held the top spot for sales and reputation in the 500,000-yuan-plus large SUV segment for seven consecutive months.

The ZEEKR 9X previously came standard with a 2+2+2 six-seat layout. The new five-seater, however, isn't just a matter of removing the third row; instead, it reconfigures space, comfort, and cabin amenities atop the 9X's flagship architecture.

The new model maximizes trunk space and rear legroom to create a flat, expansive rear cabin—suitable for everything from solo drives and getaways to high-end business receptions. This configuration targets buyers who prioritize the spaciousness of a large five-seater, as well as the privacy and premium feel required for business travel.

The current six-seater 9X lineup includes four trims: Max, Ultra, Hyper, and Yaohei. Prices range from 465,900 yuan to 599,900 yuan.

The Max trim starts at 465,900 yuan. It features a 55 kWh 6C hybrid battery. This delivers 300 km of CLTC pure electric range. It achieves a 0-100 km/h sprint in 3.9 seconds. Priced at 485,900 yuan, the Ultra trim offers an optional 70 kWh 6C hybrid battery. It provides a 380 km range. The Hyper trim starts at 559,900 yuan. It is equipped with a 1,030 kW motor. This cuts the 0-100 km/h time to 3.1 seconds. It features a 48-volt active stabilizer bar, the first among Chinese brands. It also uses the world's first three-motor megawatt e-drive system. It includes Qianli Haohan H9 hardware. This supports Level 3 autonomous driving. Finally, the Yaohei edition lists for 599,900 yuan. It is distinguished by an exclusive "Night Gold" interior and a black exterior package.

All models are built on the Haohan-S luxury hybrid architecture, featuring a full-stack 900V high-voltage system and a closed, double-cavity, double-valve air suspension. The body measures 5,239 mm by 2,029 mm by 1,819 mm, with a wheelbase of 3,169 mm.

Data indicates the 9X accounts for one in every three sales in the 500,000-yuan-plus segment. ZEEKR plans to take the 9X global in the third quarter of 2026, targeting markets in the Middle East, Central Asia, and Europe. The addition of the five-seater will further enrich the 9X portfolio, bolstering its expansion in the global premium SUV arena.
