At CES, Booster Robotics' robots were "sold out"

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- At the CES 2026, Booster Robotics used its compact booth to stage a showcase squarely focused on real-world business impact.

According to the company's latest update, every Booster K1 humanoid displayed at the show was available for on-site reservation and delivery, and sold out before the event ended — posting strong sales efficiency for the booth.

That sales performance aligns with a financial milestone the company reached in December 2025, when monthly operating cash flow turned positive — signaling Booster Robotics is moving into a more sustainable growth phase.

For this outing, Booster Robotics skipped pure concept demos and held to an "available now, immediate delivery" strategy, turning its stand into a pop-up sales terminal for global customers. International visitors from advanced manufacturing and research and education assessed the product on site and made purchase decisions, directly validating the feasibility of its product definition, pricing strategy and global delivery system.

The result rested on strengthened capabilities. Through 2025, quarterly shipments continued to grow and scaled delivery capacity kept climbing, providing the production base to meet concentrated show demand. Turning monthly operating cash flow positive marked an initial proof of the business model: the core business is now generating self-sustaining cash, opening a new cycle where healthy growth runs alongside strategic investment.

Notably, the company's CES practice also reflects how the yardstick for humanoid robots is shifting: industry focus is moving from tech demos to a composite assessment of technical feasibility, product reliability, cost control and commercial sustainability. The ability to withstand immediate market testing, support scaled deliveries and form a virtuous business loop has become a key dimension of competition.

Founded in August 2023, Booster Robotics aims to build humanoid robots that are genuinely simple, reliable and practical. Team members hail from Tsinghua University's Robotics Control Lab, the Tsinghua Huoshen football team, and internet majors including ByteDance and RED (Xiaohongshu). Anchored by a differentiated strategy of "hardware + system + developer tools," the company has built full-stack barriers across humanoid hardware R&D, an end-to-end whole-body motion control foundation model, and system-level development tools.

So far, the company has rolled out the bipedal humanoid Booster T1 and the entry-level embodied development platform Booster K1. Booster K1 weighs under 20 kg, comes with a dedicated suitcase and is ready to use out of the box — easy to carry along; it supports mobile app control with continuous updates and free upgrades to its action library, and enables secondary development across scenarios including soccer competitions, STEM education and research experiments.
