Gasgoo Munich- Dongfeng Nissan issued an apology after a sudden server room outage knocked its owner app login and remote control features offline. The automaker said it is working to restore services as quickly as possible and expressed deep regret for the inconvenience caused to users.

Dongfeng Nissan stressed in the statement that the glitch does not affect normal driving, advising owners to carry physical keys to ensure mobility. For emergencies, drivers can contact their local dealerships for assistance. Dongfeng Nissan promised to notify users immediately once functionality is restored.

By 5:00 a.m. on August 24, Dongfeng Nissan announced that servers were fully back online following emergency repairs. "If you encounter any issues, please let us know immediately and we will address them," the company said.
