Partnering with AgiBot, LY iTech Rolls Off 200 General-Purpose Humanoid Robots for Delivery

Edited by Greg From Gasgoo

Gasgoo Munich- At the inauguration of AgiBot' Southwest Embodied Intelligence Industrial Base, LY iTech's Chengdu Embodied Intelligent Manufacturing Base officially delivered 200 custom-built general-purpose humanoid robots.

The partnership between LY iTech and AgiBot dates back to 2023, when the two sides signed a strategic cooperation agreement to kick off joint R&D and manufacturing of humanoid robots.

In 2024, they deepened their collaboration on customized manufacturing by signing an ODM framework. By 2025, the relationship had evolved into a global strategic partnership with the establishment of a joint venture. That year, LY iTech delivered a cumulative total of more than 5,000 robots and components to AgiBot.

This year marks a new phase of large-scale mass production. Leveraging its multi-base network, LY iTech is now providing AgiBot with synchronized hardware manufacturing and final assembly services.

As a global leader in precision manufacturing, LY iTech defined a "three-in-one" embodied intelligence strategy in 2025: focusing on R&D for core components and assemblies, offering one-stop hardware services from parts to finished units, and driving implementation in industrial applications.

With five global manufacturing hubs in Beijing, Dongguan, Zhengzhou, Chengdu, and overseas locations, LY iTech has established a full-chain capability covering in-house component R&D, precision structure manufacturing, final assembly, and scenario deployment. The company boasts a planned annual assembly capacity of over 100,000 robots, supported by more than 20,000 CNC machines and automated production lines, enabling a closed-loop delivery process from core components and joint modules to final unit testing.

Regarding core components, LY iTech holds key technologies for the actuation layer of humanoid robots, including servo motors, reducers, drivers, and motion controllers. It already supplies clients with core hardware such as head assemblies, dexterous hands, limb assemblies, and high-power charging and thermal management solutions.

Currently, LY iTech produces over 100 sets of dexterous hands daily and has a monthly capacity of 1,000 robotic dogs, drawing on mature experience in joint development and final assembly.

Leveraging these capabilities, LY iTech has partnered with over 20 leading domestic firms—including Beijing Humanoid, Magic Atom, and Stardust Intelligence—as of May 2026. The company also serves multiple North American robotics enterprises, providing core hardware and ODM services.
