Gasgoo Munich- Gasgoo reported on April 10 that RIVOTEK has officially received a designation notice from BAIC Group, securing smart cockpit projects for models including the B**** and N**** (confidential).
According to reports, RIVOTEK will supply BAIC with products built on the UNISOC 7870 platform, including central control units, instrument clusters, and integrated cockpit controllers with built-in T-boxes. This marks a new high in their partnership.

Previously, RIVOTEK teamed up with top domestic chipmakers like UNISOC, Horizon Robotics, and AutoChips to forge long-term ties with major automakers such as SAIC, GAC, Voyah, and BAIC. Now, its C200 smart cockpit platform—powered by UNISOC's automotive-grade A7870 chip—has reached mass production in the commercial vehicle sector. This validates the maturity and scalability of domestic "chip-cockpit-vehicle" deep integration solutions.
Founded in July 2020, RIVOTEK inaugurated its new Suzhou headquarters in October 2021. That same year, it co-established the "Mijia Access Certification Lab" with Xiaomi and secured strategic investment from SAIC Hengxu. By 2022, the firm was named a key software enterprise in Suzhou. It became the main cockpit screen supplier for the SAIC Roewe AP31 model and opened a Wuhan AIoT platform testing lab. In 2023, RIVOTEK closed a Series A round to boost intelligent connected vehicle R&D, followed by a Series B round in 2024 to accelerate tech innovation and production line construction. The company holds 194 patents and collaborates with automakers like SAIC and BAIC, participating in discussions on intelligent connected vehicle technical standards.
