According to public records, Zhihui Robot specializes in the R&D, production, and application of intelligent robots dedicated to spraying. The company follows a technical roadmap of "AI + spraying robot + spraying process". It develops flexible spraying systems with proprietary intellectual property. Its flagship product is the SR10-3800 large-span intelligent spraying robot. It boasts a reach of 3,800mm and a 10kg payload. This makes it suitable for coating large workpieces. Examples include containers, high-speed train carriages, and wind power equipment.
Categorized by reach, the company's portfolio includes five spraying robots currently in mass production, each tailored to specific operational scenarios. At present, the focus remains on coating large-scale workpieces, including containers, wind power equipment, and rail transit carriages.
On the hardware front, the company has developed robots with a maximum working reach of 4,000mm to address the challenges of spraying ultra-large workpieces. Structurally, the robot's wrist end employs a high-precision BBR transmission mechanism, enabling front-face spraying without kinematic singularities. The design also emphasizes lightweight, modular construction to reduce costs. Key technologies include 3D vision-assisted positioning, automatic path planning software, and lead-through teaching.
