The statement confirms Seres as a strategic partner and shareholder. Yinwang pledged to supply Seres with a full-stack suite of intelligent automotive solutions. These include Qiankun intelligent driving, HarmonyOS cockpits, and smart vehicle control. It also covers intelligent automotive optics and smart vehicle cloud services. The company will provide technical support. It reiterated its commitment to supporting AITO's development. The goal is to ensure service quality and user experience.
Yinwang pledged to apply industry-leading intelligent solutions to AITO vehicles. It will iterate and upgrade these solutions to sharpen competitiveness. The company also aims to optimize service and smart features for users. Strategically, it reaffirmed its role as a supplier, not a competitor. It aims to empower the industry and drive smart vehicle development.
Public records show Yinwang was established in January 2024. It was spun out of Huawei’s Intelligent Automotive Solutions business unit. Following business registration changes in March 2025, Huawei will hold an 80% stake. Avatr and Seres will each hold 10%. Seres paid 11.5 billion yuan for its stake. This announcement follows HarmonyOS Mobility's plan for a new cooperation model. Seres will lead product definition, brand marketing, and retail channels. Huawei’s consumer business unit will provide support. Yinwang’s statement clarifies its commitment to supplying intelligent technologies.
