Zhu noted that the two companies share a deep history and a solid foundation for cooperation. Through this strategic alliance, he said, both sides will leverage their respective resources and industrial strengths for mutual empowerment. The aim is to drive the comprehensive transformation of the automotive sector—using communications technology to reinforce the foundation of intelligent vehicles, while expanding the application of information technology through automotive scenarios. Together, they plan to build an integrated industrial ecosystem spanning "vehicle, network, cloud, and satellite."
Ke described China Telecom as a key national force in building a cyber-strong nation and a digital China. The company is fully implementing a strategy of "cloud-based digital transformation" to establish a five-in-one smart cloud system with an "L-shaped" layout. Ke added that China Telecom would use its corporate advantages to support Changan's digital and green transformation.
The signing marks a new stage in the strategic partnership between Changan and China Telecom. Upholding principles of "innovation, complementarity, and win-win cooperation," the two will accelerate deep collaboration in areas such as vehicle procurement and employee services, regulatory oversight and treasury management, Internet of Vehicles (IoV) operations, high-quality dataset development, and overseas digital factory construction. They aim to create a new benchmark for collaboration among state-owned enterprises, contributing jointly to a stronger automotive nation and a digital China. Moving forward, Changan will continue to strengthen its intelligent development, relying on its "Tianshu Pilot" driver-assistance system to lead the transformation of automotive products into evolving intelligent robots.
