Gasgoo Munich- Original Power (Shenzhen) Intelligent Co., Ltd. recently updated its business registration to add Zhiyuan Innovation (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. — an affiliate of Agibot — as a shareholder. The company's registered capital edged up from 1.14 million yuan to 1.144419 million yuan.
Zhiyuan Innovation subscribed to 4,419 yuan in capital, translating to a 0.3861% stake. The deal is a classic "small-stake placeholder" ecosystem play — not a move for control or a full acquisition.

Founded on May 8, 2026, Original Power Intelligent operates across a broad suite of fields: smart robotics R&D, AI system integration, intelligent control systems, wearable device manufacturing, and AI algorithm development.
As of press time, the startup has yet to disclose its specific product focus.
Yet the company, barely six months old, has already wrapped up an early funding round.
Business records show its registered capital climbed from 1 million yuan at inception to 1.14 million yuan through two capital injections in June and August. An angel round closed on August 17, drawing backers such as Granite Asia and VNTR IX HK Holdings Limited. Singapore-based GRANITE ASIA DISCOVERY IV VCC now holds a 6.99% stake.
For Agibot, the investment fits a familiar pattern of ecosystem building.
Zhiyuan Innovation has now invested in 89 companies and began the process for a Hong Kong listing in July. Its "Agibot Ventures Plan A" has previously taken stakes ranging from under 1% to single-digit percentages in firms like Junrou Technology, Mogan Technology, and Quanzhibo — spanning tactile perception, core actuators, and scenario applications.
Industry watchers say leading robotics companies use minority stakes to lock in early-stage teams across the supply chain, securing first-mover advantages on technology and sourcing at minimal cost.
Even so, a 0.39% stake confers no control, and no business synergy terms have been disclosed. The real weight of this investment will depend on whether actual orders and collaboration follow.
