Yesterday, Brilliance Auto and South Korea (PMC Group) signed contracts about Seal car CKD (Complete Knocked Down) project in North Korea, meanwhile the two parties signed a contract in Shenyang on the first batch of 240 CKD kit export. Brilliance Korean automobile production base will be put into operation in May. It is reported that Brilliance Auto and PMC Automobile Group have began to contact with each other ever since 2004.
He Guohua, vice president of Brilliance Auto, said: "As an onset for the cooperation, Brilliance Seal CKD signing ceremony has historic significance to the auto industry of the two countries."
