Chinese tire output in March reached 44.178 million, an increase of 29.7%

According to news on April 20th, the Bureau of Statistic's data released on Friday showed that in March 2007 the Chinese tire output increased by 29.7% over the same period last year, to 44.178 million.

Data showed that in March, China's synthetic rubber output were 175,200 tons, an increase of 3.7% year on year.

From January to March China produced a total amount of 111,042 million tires; the growth rate was 19.1%, synthetic rubber output were 508,000 tons, an increase of 6.8%.
