The Ministry of Public Security issued the revised "Regulations on Management of temporary entry of foreign motor vehicles and drivers". The new "Regulations" is to be implemented Since January 1, 2007. According to the "Regulations", foreign driver's license holders, with no necessary to go through examinations, as long as learned the road safety laws & regulations，could obtain temporary permission to drive motor vehicles in China.
