The system integrates 11 core components—including the drive motor, motor controller, reducer, and onboard charger—into a single housing. This design delivers high integration, lightweight construction, and a low center of gravity. Compatible with pure electric, plug-in hybrid, and range-extended vehicle platforms, it helps automakers shorten development cycles and cut manufacturing costs.
However, the 11-in-1 architecture presents challenges: the motor and power modules require simultaneous cooling despite differing temperature requirements. Furthermore, varying calibration levels on the same hardware can significantly alter the driving experience, meaning technical capabilities must be rebuilt at every step.
Production began in 2024, with output hitting roughly 8,000 units in the first month before surging to 15,000 the following month. By the second half of 2026, monthly deliveries had topped 60,000 units. On the global front, the product has reached over 30 countries and regions, with monthly overseas shipments climbing from an initial 15,000 to more than 30,000. As production capacity ramps up, the supply chain is keeping pace.
In terms of manufacturing and quality control, the Xuzhou plant has established a lean production and smart manufacturing system that benchmarks industry standards. A quality assurance matrix enables error-proofing and defect interception, with 100% optical inspection for critical processes and full functional verification before shipment. GLB vertically integrates and produces core components—including power modules, PCBAs, and stators and rotors—to ensure consistency and reliability from the source. The facility is now steadily scaling toward an annual capacity of 1 million units.
Moving forward, GLB will continue to advance its globalization strategy. While solidifying its position in the domestic market, the company plans to expand its international footprint, with product quality and delivery stability remaining long-term priorities.
