Shanghai December 21 (Gasgoo.com) Guangzhou Automobile Group Co Ltd (GAC), a Chinese partner of Honda, Toyota and Fiat, is mulling listing A shares in 2011, yicai.com reported Monday, citing the company's general manger Zeng Qinghong.

The A-share listing is one of GAC's objectives set in August this year when it began trading its shares on the Hong Kong stock exchange, Zeng said.

GAC also plans to expand its production capacity, aiming to raise annual capacity to 3 million vehicles by 2015, and meanwhile to increase its annual sales to 400 billion yuan ($60 billion). Total sales for this year are estimated to reach more than 150 billion yuan, Zeng added.

"The cooperation with Toyota and Honda has been very profitable, which will help GAC become more popular among investors," Zhang Xin, an auto analyst at Guotai Jun'an Securities Co said earlier.
