Gasgoo Munich- Neusoft Reach Automotive Technology (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Neusoft Reach") has secured a further 180 million yuan capital injection from its Shenyang headquarters, according to the "Wuhan Economic Development Zone" WeChat account. The capital will fuel R&D and the industrialization of core intelligent vehicle technologies, targeting two specific fronts: L2+ end-to-end intelligent driving domain control systems and vehicle-cloud collaborative AI powered by Cloud OS.

Positioned as a key investment priority, the L2+ end-to-end intelligent driving domain control system acts as the vehicle's "nerve center." By synchronizing perception, decision-making, and control, it delivers a smoother, more human-like driving experience.
NEVs equipped with the system are already undergoing real-world road testing at the Artificial Intelligence Science Park in the Wuhan Economic Development Zone. Engineers are riding along to monitor real-time data, fine-tuning algorithm stability and smoothness across complex road conditions and adverse weather. Neusoft Reach has anchored its core algorithm team in the city, where R&D staff make up 84.5% of the workforce.
The second pillar of this investment is vehicle-cloud collaborative AI, anchored by Cloud OS. While the driving system handles real-time control on the vehicle, Cloud OS serves as the "cloud brain." Leveraging a collaborative architecture, it overcomes on-board hardware limits, making computing power as accessible and on-demand as a utility. This shifts the paradigm from one-time hardware spending to long-term, iterative intelligent services.
The product requires minimal network connectivity, with core functions remaining stable even in weak-signal environments. It has already secured partnerships with several leading domestic automakers, with order volumes projected to reach tens of millions of units by 2028.
On the financial front, Neusoft Reach has posted a compound annual revenue growth rate of nearly 100% over the four years since establishing itself in the zone. Total revenue for 2025 approached 100 million yuan, with cumulative taxes reaching 25 million yuan. As R&D spending translates into competitive products, the company has officially initiated plans for an initial public offering.
