Stephanie Hartgrove has been appointed Group Chief Communications Officer, joining the leadership team and reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer Antonio Filosa. Bringing over two decades of global communications experience, she previously served as Global Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs for Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech business, where she drove reputation building and growth. Her earlier career included senior communications roles at Baker Hughes and General Electric, following a start in journalism as a reporter for CNN and Al Jazeera.
Stellantis also created a new position—Head of Public Policy, Regulatory Strategy & International Trade—filled by Clara Ingen-Housz, who will also report to the CEO. She is tasked with crafting the group’s overarching strategy on public policy, regulation, and international trade, while supporting the chief executive in external engagements. As a member of the General Counsel’s office, she will also focus on strengthening the group’s capabilities in international trade law. Ingen-Housz has spent roughly 19 months at Stellantis handling corporate affairs and corporate communications.
Chief Executive Officer Antonio Filosa highlighted that with the "FaSTLAne 2030" strategy in a critical phase, Stephanie’s international experience—along with her expertise in reputation management, stakeholder trust, and change leadership—will deliver significant value. He also acknowledged Clara’s contributions over the past two years and expressed appreciation for her taking on the new responsibilities. Filosa noted that these appointments will enable the group to engage in effective dialogue on key issues with a unified and clear external voice.
