Gasgoo Munich- Gasgoo Embodied Intelligence has learned that on the evening of August 6, Unitree released its STAR Market listing announcement, setting the offer price at 150.80 yuan per share. This implies a total market capitalization of approximately 60.993 billion yuan after issuance.

Unitree is the "first humanoid robotics stock on the A-share market." Its pricing finalization marks the arrival of the first clear valuation benchmark for the embodied intelligence sector in China's capital markets.

The announcement reveals Unitree is issuing 40.4464 million new shares, representing 10% of the post-issue total. At the offer price, the offering is expected to raise roughly 6.099 billion yuan. This is nearly 1.9 billion yuan above the 4.202 billion yuan originally targeted for its investment projects.

Online and offline subscriptions for the offering are scheduled for August 10. Investors successful in the lottery will need to pay 75,400 yuan for a single lot of 500 shares.

In terms of valuation, the offer price implies a diluted price-to-earnings ratio of 219.23 for 2025—significantly higher than the industry average for general equipment manufacturing. The diluted price-to-sales ratio of 35.89 similarly outpaces comparable peers. The company explicitly cautioned investors about the potential risk of share price declines given this premium valuation.

The lineup for strategic placement is also drawing attention. These institutional investors, accounting for 20% of the total issuance, include DeepSeek, Tencent's Qishan Investment, PetroChina Kunlun Capital, CSG Industrial Finance, and Tianyi Capital. Their participation underscores strong long-term confidence from across the industrial chain in the humanoid robotics sector.

In terms of regulatory speed, Unitree has set a record for the fastest approval on the STAR Market in 2026. The process—accepted on March 20, approved on June 1, and registered on July 2—took just over a hundred days.

Unitree's 61 billion yuan valuation sets a crucial benchmark for the entire embodied intelligence industry. As its listing countdown begins, secondary-market performance will shape capitalization expectations. This affects companies waiting in the wings, such as AGIBOT and Leju Robotics. It may also prompt a revaluation of upstream core component suppliers.
