BMW Group and the Brilliance (China) Holdings Ltd, a jointly appointed Wu Peide as CEO of Brilliance BMW Automobile Corporation. The appointments take effect on March 1, 2007.
Shi Runbo, incumbent president of the Brilliance BMW Group has been transferred back to headquarters in Munich for other appointment.
Wu Peide worked in BMW Group for nine years, and served as a senior manager in Germany and overseas. Wu Peide joined the Brilliance BMW Ltd., since June 2006 as senior vice president of production.
