Gasgoo Munich- XunBo Technology announced on August 5 that it has achieved Start of Production (SOP) for ADC dampers on the BAIC N60 project. The milestone marks a full transition from development and validation to mass supply, securing a critical component for the chassis of BAIC's related models.

A ceremony marking the production milestone was held at Xunbo's Changzhou plant. According to the official timeline, construction on the facility began on July 10, 2025, to build the necessary production infrastructure. By August 25, 2025, construction was complete and a dedicated production line for the ADC dampers was deployed, establishing the initial hardware capacity for manufacturing.
With the line ready, the project moved swiftly into the critical supplier qualification phase. On September 5, 2025, the Changzhou plant entered BAIC's vendor approval process, passing the audit just ten days later on September 15. Following project approval, Xunbo's cross-functional teams collaborated on process debugging, trial production, and quality testing — adhering to strict control standards to ensure the first deliveries stayed on track.
During the production ramp-up, the team continued to optimize workflows. By July 31, 2026, Xunbo had delivered roughly 1,000 sets of ADC dampers for the N60 project — a result that validates the stability of its production line and the responsiveness of its supply chain.
Xunbo said the successful SOP for the N60 project underscores its manufacturing strength and team efficiency. The newly commissioned line and its accompanying quality control system provide a solid foundation for sustained mass production and quality assurance moving forward.
