Cleaning line
Cleaning line, located in dust-free room, adopts advanced technology in the industry.Through multiple spraying and ultrasonic washing, high requirements of particle classification control in VDA19.1 and ISO16232 can be achieved.
The cleaning line is equipped with the capability of identifying the dimensions and attributes of the residual particles on surface of the products after cleaning.Multiple products including covers for electronic control units come out of this cleaning line.
Laboratory
Our inspection center is being approved by CNAS. Approved projects include chemical, mechanical and more than 20 items of standard testing method. Once it is fullyapproved, all the test reports from approved items in this inspection center have legal validity.
