Hesai's ATX — a compact, high-performance long-range lidar — combines a small form factor with extreme performance. Since mass production began in 2025, it has quickly become a standard safety feature for high-volume models. It is currently the best-selling primary radar in the ADAS sector, with cumulative deliveries topping 1 million units and a backlog exceeding 6 million.
To date, Hesai has won production designations from 40 automotive brands covering more than 160 models, including all of China's top 10 best-selling automakers. It has also secured designations for the full 2026 model lineups of its two largest ADAS customers.
In March 2026, Hesai held a 55% share of China's passenger vehicle main lidar market — surpassing the combined total of all other suppliers. The company has ranked first in the industry for 14 consecutive months, with its market share steadily climbing.
