Audi E7X Presales Start at 289,800 Yuan, Offering 109 kWh Battery and 751 km Range Variants

Gasgoo Munich- On May 8, 2026, Audi kicked off presales for its all-electric SUV, the E7X, in Chengdu. Five trims are on offer — Pioneer, Pioneer Pro, Pioneer quattro, Pioneer Smart Long-Range, and the four-seat Flagship quattro — with introductory presale prices spanning 289,800 to 379,800 yuan. The Smart Long-Range and Flagship quattro variants draw power from CATL's 109 kWh high-density battery.

On the equipment front, Pioneer buyers can temporarily upgrade for free to include panoramic smart driving assist, a 21.4-inch QD Mini LED starry display, a smart-tinting panoramic roof, and rear-axle steering. The Pioneer Pro adds 30,000 yuan to the base price, bringing in air suspension with CDC dampers, a Bose audio system, electronic side mirrors, and a zero-gravity front passenger seat. For another 30,000 yuan, the Pioneer quattro layers on Audi's signature full-time all-wheel drive, Fine Nappa leather seats, projection headlights, and power doors. The Smart Long-Range variant also commands a 30,000-yuan premium over the Pro, packing the same gear alongside a 751 km CLTC range. Topping the lineup, the four-seat Flagship quattro gets exclusive upgrades: dual zero-gravity rear seats, a smart star-studded dome, 22-inch wheels clamped by Brembo brakes, and a 13-screen interconnected cabin.

Rear-axle steering and an all-aluminum chassis come standard across the E7X lineup, while the quattro all-wheel-drive version hits 100 km/h from a standstill in 3.9 seconds. The cabin blends zero-gravity seating with sustainable materials like open-pore wood and microsuede, earning a maternal-and-infant-grade health certification.

Technology highlights encompass the 21.4-inch starry display, Bose audio, an Audi Assistant 2.0 built on the Doubao large model, and a Momenta reinforcement-learning driver-assist system — with over-the-air L3 autonomous driving support planned for the future. The 900-volt electrical architecture enables ultra-fast charging, adding 429 km of range in just 10 minutes. Powered by the Doubao model, Audi Assistant 2.0 boasts the industry's first voice interaction system capable of expressing complex emotions.
