AURANGABAD: Making an entry into the Chinese market, Aurangabad based 'Grind Master machines' has provided micro finishing machines for crankshafts to General Motors' plant in Shanghai, China.
Addressing a media conference here today, technocrat Milind Kelkar, heading the company ,expressed happiness that the company from a backward region like Marthwada is now on the global map for its quality products.
The company has collaboration with IMPCO, USA, which is the world leader in micro finishing.
The Marathwada based company, well known for its expertise in the field of de burring and super finishing of auto parts has also been exporting machines to USA, UK, Switzerland, Holland, UAE among others. The company has also supplied micro finishing machines for Nano cars.
Mohini Kelkar, co-promoter of the company said that a new plant is soon expected to come up in Waluj industrial area for Robotics and Hi-tech automation production.
