Gasgoo Munich- On May 19, AutoFlight's self-developed 2-tonne-class eVTOL completed a demonstration flight in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The milestone marks the first advanced air mobility flight of a large eVTOL in Central Asia — and the first deep integration of Chinese high-end eVTOL technology into the region's low-altitude sector.

The flight was carried out in partnership with Alatau Advance Air Group Ltd. (AAAG).

Prior to the event, AAAG had already purchased and paid for large eVTOL aircraft from AutoFlight.

At the flight ceremony, the two sides signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for AAAG to purchase an additional 50 V2000/V5000 series large eVTOL aircraft. The fleet will be deployed to build low-altitude transport networks across Kazakhstan and other Central Asian regions. In return, AutoFlight will support AAAG with eVTOL delivery, operational training, after-sales maintenance, and marketing.
