Black Sesame, SIIC Tech Establish Strategic Partnership

Gasgoo Munich- Black Sesame and SIIC Tech have officially signed a strategic partnership agreement.

Under the agreement, the two parties will integrate their strengths in R&D, capital allocation, industrial ecosystems, and cross-border resources. Their collaboration will focus on two core pillars: building an ecosystem for embodied AI robots and establishing a World Robot Super Accelerator. The goal is to create an innovation hub linking Shanghai and Hong Kong.

Specifically, S&T Investment plans to leverage its investment footprint in intelligent robotics and cross-border resources to expand the influence of Black Sesame's embodied AI computing platform within the ecosystem. Black Sesame, meanwhile, will utilize its leading computing platform to connect upstream and downstream partners, working with S&T Investment to drive a full industry chain layout—from underlying computing power to end-user applications.

Leveraging the synergy between Shanghai and Hong Kong, the pair aims to build a "Global Comprehensive Innovation Hub for Embodied Intelligence"—dubbed the World Robot Super Accelerator. This integrated platform will cover R&D, incubation, certification, and global expansion, providing the industrial backbone needed to commercialize hard technology and support domestic embodied AI companies going global.

Building on deep technical expertise and mass-production experience in intelligent vehicles, Black Sesame is pushing into the embodied AI arena. In the fourth quarter of 2025, the company launched the industry's first platform dedicated to commercial robotics deployment: the SesameX multi-dimensional embodied AI computing platform. Featuring three core modules—Kalos, Aura, and Liora—the system flexibly adapts to a full range of categories, from low-speed wheeled robots and quadrupeds to embodied AI humanoids.

To date, Black Sesame has secured strategic partnerships in robotics with dozens of industry leaders—including COSCO SHIPPING, Lenovo, and Joyson Electronics—centered on the SesameX platform.
