Gasgoo.com (Shanghai October 20) - BMW has encountered some difficulties in the Chinese automobile market with several cases of the engine in its X3 SUVs spontaneously stalling. According to a report by Shanghai Securities News, the manufacturer has yet to offer a clear solution to the incidents.
In light of lack of an official response, X3 (pictured) owners have found themselves pulling together, posting on the Internet and forming online support groups in order to force pressure on BMW. Several media outlets in the country have been alleging BMW of double standards by refusing to offer a prompt solution to affected owners. Instances of lawsuits made against dealers and BMW have also been popping up in the news.
