Borui of China Geely Stands out in C-NCAP Test With 5-Star

Gasgoo.com (Shanghai Dec 24) New Car Assessment Program in China (short for C-NCAP) has released result of the fourth round of NCAP recently.

There are six new models gaining five-star rating which include the flagship Borui of Geely while the luxury Enranger of China Weichai Auto only got a three-star rating.

C - NCAP said in the official documents that all models had taken the fuel consumption test, three rounds of full-scale impact test and Whiplash.

Then the rating was carried out in accordance with disciplines of C-NCAP.

A total of 50 models have been involved in four rounds of NCAP in China this year. The number of models that have gained five- star rating reached 42, accounting for 84%.
