On the smart mobility front, Bosch is spotlighting the global rollout of innovations developed in China. The company previously secured a program to localize ADAS technology in Europe for Chery. The systems will be integrated into six new Chery models, with mass production slated to begin in 2028. Deliveries are expected to surpass 800,000 units within five years.
Separately, Bosch has established its Electric Drive Technology Solution Center (China) in Shanghai, tasked with developing universal module base platforms for global markets.

In the realm of embodied intelligence, Bosch exhibited robotic tactile sensors based on high-precision pressure detection. These sensors can identify an object's hardness and contact force, enabling robots to adjust their grip accordingly. The Bosch China Robotics Center is slated to officially launch in early 2026. Currently, the company is building infrastructure for embodied intelligence data collection and conducting feasibility studies on industrial applications with local robotics firms.
"Deepening our roots in China is about more than seizing local market opportunities," said Xu Daquan, president of Bosch China. "It means integrating into the local innovation ecosystem and transforming Chinese innovation into competitive strength for global markets."
