Gasgoo Munich-BoyinTec officially opened its Suzhou headquarters on October 29.
The new facility is more than just office and R&D space; it serves as an industrial platform that integrates R&D, simulation testing, scenario validation, pilot production, and customer delivery.
The company also announced a milestone on the same day: BoyinTec has officially entered Bosch' s supplier system.
Jiang Hongquan, managing partner at Boyuan Capital, noted that this is one of the strictest industrial procurement systems globally. Gaining entry signifies that the products have passed industrial-grade validation, marking a major leap from technical verification to real-world application.
During the event, BoyinTec signed strategic cooperation agreements with more than a dozen partners, including MG Group, TGW Logistics, ADTTech, Dayan Technology, Zhongqing Sensing, Tera-Aurora, FAIRINO, and Chuangyitong.

Incubated by Boyuan Capital, the venture arm of Bosch, and Galbot, BoyinTec has focused on industrial scenarios from day one, aiming to deploy embodied intelligent robots on actual production lines. The company is centered on a core challenge: how to link the robot body, models, data, and engineering delivery into a scalable, replicable chain.
Currently, the company is advancing embodied intelligence projects across sectors including automotive and parts, 3C electronics, new energy, and logistics. By collecting data and training models in real-world scenarios, it is continuously refining its product and solution capabilities.
In logistics sorting, BoyinTec is working closely with Dijie Industrial. The partners previously formed a strategic alliance around "AI + embodied intelligence robots + logistics" and plan to deploy the BW10 series in express logistics sorting. The project is now in intensive data collection and training, using high-quality scenario data to optimize model performance and robotic operations.
BoyinTec is also expanding its footprint in the automotive and components sector. United Automotive Electronic Systems (UAES) stands out as a key partner.
The two companies previously established the RoboFab joint laboratory for embodied intelligence robots. There, they conduct continuous scenario validation and product iteration based on actual workstations, materials, and workflows in automotive electronics manufacturing.
At this stage, BoyinTec' s BW10-Lite has been officially deployed for in-plant logistics at UAES' s Shanghai factory. This marks a significant step in moving embodied intelligence from technical verification to industrial application.
BoyinTec is also advancing cooperation with a global top-tier automotive components manufacturer to explore intelligent warehousing. By coordinating embodied robots with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), the partners aim to automate tasks such as depalletizing, bin picking, path planning, and shelving, integrating seamlessly with automated storage systems.
Looking ahead, BoyinTec plans to leverage its Suzhou headquarters and local supply chain to boost manufacturing and delivery capabilities. Current projections call for gradually ramping annual production capacity to 4,000 units by 2027, with a goal of reaching 10,000 units in the coming years to serve global manufacturing clients with more competitive offerings.
At the same time, BoyinTec is accelerating its global expansion. A German subsidiary is now in the preparatory stages, paving the way for further growth in Europe, as well as entry into Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, and Russia.
