Brilliance Auto plans to recruit 70 top talents globally

Shanghai September 20 (Gasgoo.com) Ever since Brilliance's former General Manager Liu Zhigang and several other executives job-hopped to Huaitai Auto, much attention has been paid to the company's talent flow.

Brilliance's senior management team has been relatively stable at present, Qi Yumin, President of Brilliance Auto said last week in an interview, adding that the company is planning to recruit 70 top talents globally, The Beijing News reported Monday.

"It is a normal talent flow in the automobile industry," Qi Yumin said. Brilliance Auto has so far brought on board 42 talents who will be engaged in research and development, sales, financing, etc..

Among the staff recruited globally, Peter Atzler, who has been named as Chief Quality Officer of Brilliance Auto, is also General Manager of Brilliance Zhonghua Automobile Co, headquartered in Liaoning's provincial capital Shenyang. Before taking up the position, he had worked at BMW for 29 years.
