Gasgoo.com (Shanghai July 12) - Brilliance Automotive manufactured its 800,000th Zhonghua own brand vehicle in Shenyang, Liaoning on Monday evening, the Beijing Times reported today.
On the same day, the Beijing-based manufacturer announced that it would officially begin production of the Zhonghua H530 sedan (pictured above) and V5 SUV.
Both vehicles will be powered by the brand new self-developed BM15T turbocharged engine (pictured below), which will also enter production at the same time. The dual overhead camshaft-configured engine's technology is fully developed by Brilliance. It boasts a maximum output of 100 kW at 5,500 rpm and can produce up to 200 Nm of torque.
