Gasgoo Munich- On May 14, Gasgoo learned that corporate registry data from Qichacha shows Zibianliang Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. recently underwent a business change, updating its name to Zibianliang Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. At the same time, it added ByteDance affiliate Beijing Quantum Leap Technology and SAIC Motor’s Shanghai SAIC Chuangyuan Venture Capital Partnership as shareholders.
According to Qichacha, the company was established in December 2023. Its business scope includes the R&D and sales of smart robots, general AI application systems, and AI innovation platforms. Public information identifies it as a core operating entity for the Zibianliang Robot brand, focusing on the development and manufacturing of embodied intelligence large models and humanoid robots.

Gasgoo noted that on April 21, Zibianliang Robot held a launch event for its "New Generation Robot for Home" plan. The robot, slated to arrive a month later, will feature the new self-developed WALL-B embodied intelligence foundation model. This is the world's first such model based on the World Unified Model (WUM) architecture, signaling a major leap from VLA structures to native multimodal fusion.
Since its inception, Zibianliang Robot has focused on building the "brain" for robots: an end-to-end embodied intelligence foundation model. The company released its first-generation WALL-A model, based on Vision-Language-Action (VLA) architecture, in late 2024. By September 2025, it plans to open-source WALL-OSS, a lightweight version following the same architectural logic.
In terms of applications, Zibianliang has partnered with 58.com to deploy robots equipped with the WALL-AS model into real homes. Working alongside cleaners, these robots are serving complex household needs—marking the first global instance of robots entering private homes and the first large-scale deployment in complex consumer environments.
