Shanghai September 3 (Gasgoo.com) Changan Auto said today it sold 114,297 vehicles in August, up 10.09% year on year, and produced 104,384 vehicles, up 11.17% from a year ago.
The company's sales volume for the first eight months rose 36.33% from a year earlier to 1.19 million units, while its total output reached 1.17 million units, a year-on-year growth of 37.62%.
Changan Auto, the Chinese partner of Ford Motor Co. and Mazda Motor Corp., rose 4.28% to 11.45 yuan at 10:57.
